As we have all heard; practicing good hygiene and social distancing as much as possible are the main actions we all can take to protect ourselves and those around us.

I wanted to personally reach out to you to let you know that the FoodServiceDirect.com team is working very hard to maintain seamless services to our customers to the best of our abilities during these difficult times.

Safety of our Employees and Hygiene

Health of our employees is always our #1 priority, and we have taken all necessary actions to eliminate any potential risks. All of our office employees are now working remotely so that they are not exposed to any potential risks, and there are no service disruptions.

I am pleased to inform you that all of our Fulfillment Center employees are currently healthy and they have taken additional precautions. We are also closely following the guidelines provided by the Center of Disease Control (CDC) to ensure that we are up to date with our practices.

Potential Fulfillment Delays

Due to very high consumer demand, our Order Management Team and Fulfillment Team have been working multiple shifts to process orders in a timely manner. However, because of the extreme surge, we are seeing multiple days of delays in our fulfillment schedule. As part of our order notifications, we will continue to provide you with realistic timelines about the status of your order(s).

Potential Shortage of Certain Products

Inevitably, we will also experience shortage of certain products. Your needs and expectations are important to us, therefore, our website team is revising our inventory on our website on a daily basis in order to provide you with the most up to date information. However, due to unforeseeable sudden peaks, please be advised that your order may be partially fulfilled or cancelled. Our team will inform you as soon as possible should such a situation arise.

Our logistics partners and suppliers are also facing unique challenges in their specific areas and these may impact our operations as well. We are closely working with them to minimize any service disruptions to our customers.
